位于广州市黄埔区黄埔大道启学路，是一家省级公立小学。用地面积34869平方，54个班级。功能包括教学楼，体育馆游泳馆室外300米跑道及饭堂。是黄埔区的省级重点小学。室内及走道胶地板版使用面积15000多方。
It is a provincial public primary school located in Qixue Road, Huangpu Avenue, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. The land area is 34,869 square meters, with 54 classes. Functions include teaching building, gymnasium, swimming pool, outdoor 300-meter track and dining hall. It is a provincial key primary school in Huangpu District. Indoor and aisle rubber floor version use area of more than 15,000.
接到订单后的设计方案，我们的设计师经过几次沟通和交流，规划好最终的设计方案后得到客户认可。走道和室内的铺设，讲台里面的接驳等细节沟通。面面俱到，无死角的沟通了所有前期会遇到的问题，如走道修口，上墙阳角斜接口做法等。

我们以为万无一失了，甲方在2023年3月通知全部材料进场交货验收，施工一个月后，因为甲方问题暂时停工，导致胶水，自流平水泥和辅材，胶地板堆放工地。等了4个月后开工后发现自流平水泥有部分放在底层的已经半硬，但是水泥包装上明明就标注恒温6个月的保质期。为什么会变硬了，我们直接和水泥工厂，甲方沟通因放置时间太长，工地潮湿，南方这个季节也是梅雨季。这个是我们和甲方没有遇到和想到的问题，由于交期紧，经过和工程公司的协商后中我们双方都有责任，各自负责购买一半以变硬的水泥回来赶工期。
In March 2023, Party A notified all materials to enter the site for delivery and acceptance. One month after the construction, the company temporarily stopped work due to Party A's problems, resulting in the stacking of glue, self-levelling cement and auxiliary materials, and rubber floor. After waiting for 4 months to start, it was found that some of the self-leveling cement on the bottom has been semi-hard, but the cement packaging is clearly marked on the shelf life of 6 months at constant temperature. Why does it become hard? We directly communicate with the cement factory and Party A because it has been placed for too long, the construction site is wet, and this season in the south is also the rainy season. This is a problem that we and Party A have not met or thought about. Due to the tight delivery date, we both have the responsibility after negotiation with the engineering company, and each of us is responsible for purchasing half of the hardened cement to meet the deadline.
总结：后期项目工地的材料堆放需要针对潮湿环境做一定的保护，例如塑料纸皮包裹上水泥。和进场数量分批次进场等措施来防止类似的问题发生。项目就是这样，永远有你没有想到的问题出来。需要大家有责任感对待项目中发生的每一个问题。
Summary: The material stacking at the later project site needs to be protected against the humid environment, such as plastic paper wrapped with cement. And the number of approaches in batches and other measures to prevent similar problems. That's the thing about projects, there are always problems that you didn't expect. We need everyone to have a sense of responsibility to deal with every problem that happens in the project.
